Special Reports for Export Express

When a report is run using an Export Express file format, a text file is created that includes the following information:

• Date and time of the export
• Name of the file
• Number of records exported
• Export profile used (if any)
• A list of records not exported because of formatting errors. For each bibliographic record listed, the following information is included: LCCN, the title, and the author. For each authority record listed, the following information is included: LCCN and heading.

These text files are named beginning with REPORT. They are available from the My Reports tab, File maintenance subtab . For more information, see Maintaining SimplyReports Files.
